We are looking for an Operations Manager:
- Oversee day to day operations at New Jersey facility
- Includes plant, yard, maintenance & QC
- Understand projects, both short term and long term
- Prepare production forecasts
- Drive efficiency and reduce hours
- Reduce overtime
- Improve housekeeping
- Improve safety
- Control overall costs and P&L
- Hold employees accountable
In need of someone that is a go-getter and will drive change on the production floor.
Strong personality and hold people accountable.
