NOW HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER Lead Operations. Build Teams. Drive Results. C&K Industrial Services is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to serve as the General Manager's right-hand leader, overseeing our industrial cleaning operations, including hydroblasting, vacuum truck services, and specialty industrial cleaning at refineries, steel mills, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial sites. This is a key leadership position and the primary operational partner to the General Manager. You'll help lead day-to-day field operations during routine maintenance, plant turnarounds, outages, and shutdowns We're looking for a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to put on their work boots and hard hat, step into the field, and lead by example. What You'll Do - Serve as the General Manager's trusted operational partner, helping oversee the daily success of the business
- Lead daily industrial cleaning operations across multiple customer locations
- Support and develop Project Managers and field supervisors
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and scheduling for hydroblasting, vacuum, and specialty industrial services
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
- Partner with senior leadership to improve operations and support company growth
We're Looking For - Leadership experience in industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, vacuum services, environmental services, manufacturing, refineries, steel mills, power generation, or other heavy industrial operations
- Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
- A hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, supporting field operations, and leading teams in dynamic industrial environments
- Someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, put on their PPE, and work alongside the crew when needed while setting the example for professionalism and safe work practices
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between customer locations
