Our US & Canada Supply Strategy & Operations team is at the center of this mission, managing the complex supply networks that drive our Digital and Field collection projects. We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our fast-paced team and help us scale our supply operations, optimize workflows, and drive meaningful earner engagement.
In this role, you will combine strong analytical capabilities with hands-on operational execution. You will work closely with large datasets, build actionable dashboards, streamline daily workflows, and serve as a core connector between internal stakeholders and our external earner community.

Operations Execution: Oversee day-to-day supply operations for Digital and Field collection projects. Manage earner onboarding, provide support, and coordinate project logistics to ensure continuous supply readiness and eliminate operational blockers.
Data Analytics: Leverage SQL to dive deep into operational metrics, track supply funnels, and pinpoint bottlenecks. Build comprehensive dashboards and reports that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and design scalable processes and automations. Own the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
Stakeholder Communication & Earner Engagement: Lead earner outreach initiatives, including digital messaging, Voice of Customer (VoC) calls, community-building, and group management. Cultivate positive, professional relationships with a diverse earner community to drive participation, interest, and program conversion. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners for timely issue resolution.
Project Ownership: Take full end-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives. Drive success through meticulous supply planning, proactive risk identification, and rapid problem-solving to ensure projects meet their goals and deadlines.
Experience: Proven experience in operations management, supply operations, project management, or a highly analytical operational role.
Analytical Powerhouse: Strong data analysis skills, including demonstrated proficiency in SQL and experience building operational dashboards and reports.
Operational Execution: Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for managing multiple moving parts, eliminating bottlenecks, and setting up scalable processes (SOPs).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Approachable, respectful, and comfortable engaging professionally with diverse external communities and internal stakeholders alike.
