About the Role:Murray Ventilation Products LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Stuart, FL. Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage daily operations including production, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet performance goals
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, reporting results to senior leadership
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Requirements:- 3+ years of operations management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/MRP software
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, or industrial products is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
