Operations Manager
Salary: $100,000-$125,000

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operational personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee production scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures that support growth and scalability.
- Manage facility performance, equipment utilization, and maintenance activities.
- Support strategic planning and operational initiatives to improve overall business performance.
Qualifications for the Operations Manager:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience.
