This highly visible leadership role is responsible for operational performance, client satisfaction, workforce management, safety, compliance, and financial success. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, develop client relationships, solve operational challenges, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational activities within the St. Louis market.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and workforce engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a senior point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety, security, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor operational metrics, labor costs, and financial performance.
- Respond effectively to operational disruptions, staffing challenges, and client concerns.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, budgeting, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
- 2+ years of progressive management experience leading teams and operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call situations as needed.
- Military leadership, Aviation, airport operations, transportation, security, law enforcement, or emergency management experience.
- Valid driver's license.
