Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is hiring an Operations Manager for one of our St. Louis area locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced retail, banking, grocery, warehouse, or food service leaders who want a stable environment with clear systems and expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a small team
- Create and manage weekly schedules
- Maintain food quality and service standards
- Control labor and food costs
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Ensure a clean, organized, professional environment
- Be present and visible during peak hours
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work alongside your team while also managing performance and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership experience (retail, restaurant, grocery, warehouse, banking, or similar)
- Stable work history
- Strong scheduling and time management skills
- Comfortable using POS systems, email, and spreadsheets
- High accountability and reliability
- Ability to lead by example
Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We value operational leadership and consistency above all.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Comfortable working in kitchen and prep environments
