Client: Award-winning commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor with over 30 years serving California and Nevada. Work spans airports, convention centers, casinos and hotels, healthcare, education, and major national retail, covering single ply, BUR, metal, and waterproofing applications.

Job Info: Provide leadership and oversight of construction operations so projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to company standards. Lead and develop managers and operational teams, own workforce planning and resource allocation, and partner with Project Management, Superintendents, Safety, Sales, and Estimating from project turnover through execution and closeout. Monitor labor productivity, job costs, schedules, quality, and staffing, drive process improvement where performance falls short, and provide operational forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in construction, project management, operations, or a related field, including demonstrated leadership experience
• Commercial roofing and/or waterproofing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to analyze budgets, labor costs, and operational metrics, with experience of ERP systems, scheduling software, and timekeeping systems
