Leadership Role in Packaging IndustryMy client is a market leader in the packaging manufacturing industry.Job DescriptionPartner closely with Management, HQ, and Sales to drive seamless execution of operational and commercial activities. Ensure full compliance with U.S. regulations (tax, employment) and alignment with group reporting standards. Oversee financial coordination with HQ and external partners, including budgeting, expense control, and procurement. Lead end-to-end order management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery, including documentation processes (contracts, invoicing, shipping documentation). Monitor and manage customer financial exposure (credit control, reconciliations, collections support) and enhance sales workflows and reporting accuracy to support business decisions. Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Coordinate commercial support and marketing activities, including sample materials and sales initiatives. Support HR operations, including payroll coordination and internal communications. Import/export experience (customs compliance, documentation, freight, etc). Procurement and order management. Financial acumen for payroll and invoicing. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
