Description
An AI Operations Manager is needed for a fully onsite position in the Northeast region with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows. This role involves leveraging AI tools for data extraction, workflow integration, and strategic decision-making. The manager will also develop content distribution strategies and generate insights for data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate current data sources with ETL streams.
- Create and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
- Generate insights using data from various sources to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
- Proficiency in AI tools and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of retail operations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
