    Job Title: Operations Manager
    Location: Orlando, FL

    Primary Purpose:
    The Operations Manager will oversee all operations and staff for building technology projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safe practices across all phases of work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, trades supervisors, and assigned staff.

    • Oversee operational execution of projects from start to finish.

    • Collaborate with engineering, programming, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous product improvement.

    • Support the sale, design, and installation of company products.

    • Analyze and implement improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

    • Monitor staffing needs, manage schedules, and ensure adequate team coverage.

    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.

    • Maintain a safe, injury-free workplace.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    • Minimum 10 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.

    • Strong market knowledge and technical/application expertise.

    • Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

    • Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.

    • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and travel as needed.
