Revolution Group | Omaha, Nebraska | Full-Time | In-Office
Revolution Group is looking for an experienced, highly organized Operations Manager to build and own the systems, processes, technology, and accountability infrastructure that keeps our growing firm running at a high level.
This is not a traditional administrative or support role. This is a high-ownership position for someone who enjoys tackling complexity, creating order, building systems, and ensuring things actually get done.
You will work directly with Megan Fleischer, COO, and closely with Ryan Fleischer, Founder/President/CIO, as well as our administrative, advisory, tax, and marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to build and improve the operating infrastructure of a growing, entrepreneurial financial services firm.
We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS/Traction) and are building a centralized, technology-driven operating platform that gives leadership visibility, accountability, and consistency across the firm.
The ideal candidate is a builder and operator — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what is broken, enjoys solving problems, can create structure where there isn’t any, and naturally closes the loop.
Own the firm’s EOS operating cadence and help keep the organization focused on its most important priorities.
Facilitate weekly Level 10 meetings and maintain the scorecard, Rocks, milestones, and Issues List.
Help drive issues through IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve).
Track 90-day priorities and hold team members accountable to measurable outcomes.
Coordinate quarterly and annual planning and ensure decisions and priorities are carried through after meetings.
Identify when priorities or commitments are falling behind and address issues before they become larger problems.
Build, document, maintain, and continuously improve the firm’s workflows and Standard Operating Procedures.
Own and improve the firm’s Operations Playbook.
Manage the current Hubly workflow environment and lead its transition to or integration with the firm’s centralized operating platform.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and breakdowns between departments and develop practical solutions.
Create processes that allow the firm to scale without adding unnecessary complexity.
Help develop new operating processes as Revolution Group expands its services, including its in-house tax practice.
Own the operational side of new-hire onboarding, including systems access, training, the Operations Playbook, and 90-day onboarding plans.
Maintain scorecards, accountability tools, and performance-tracking systems.
Help ensure strong communication and handoffs between administration, advisory, tax, and marketing.
Make sure responsibilities are clearly assigned and important tasks don’t fall through the cracks.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, supplies, subscriptions, and other infrastructure that keeps the firm running efficiently.
Support compliance-related operational processes, including documentation, audit trails, and process management.
Handle sensitive firm and client information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Serve as a reliable operational partner to firm leadership and the broader team.
We are looking for someone who has built and improved systems, not someone who simply maintains systems that someone else created.
5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, practice management, project management, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving operational systems, workflows, and SOPs.
Hands-on experience with project management or workflow platforms such as ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Notion, or similar.
Strong technology fluency and the ability to learn, evaluate, implement, and manage new technology.
Exceptional organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and time management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take complex processes and make them simple, clear, and repeatable.
Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
Proactive mindset — you identify problems, take ownership, and bring solutions.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Experience working within an EOS/Traction organization.
Experience running or facilitating Level 10 meetings.
Background in an RIA, wealth management firm, family office, financial advisory firm, accounting firm, or other professional services organization.
Familiarity with Redtail CRM, Schwab Advisor Center, Orion, DocuSign, Microsoft 365, Hubly, or similar financial-services technology.
Experience managing technology vendors and integrations.
Experience building a centralized operating platform across multiple teams or service lines.
Exposure to alternative investments, private markets, capital calls, or related operational workflows.
Naturally create order out of chaos.
Like building systems from the ground up.
See a problem and think, “How can we fix the process so this doesn’t happen again?”
Are comfortable owning projects from idea through implementation.
Don’t need to be reminded to follow up or close the loop.
Can move between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
Are comfortable working directly with company leadership.
Enjoy technology and figuring out how different systems can work better together.
Are willing to hold people accountable respectfully
Take pride in making the business run better, even when your work happens behind the scenes.
