PIRTEK is the nation's leader in on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement — the 24/7 emergency crew that gets broken-down equipment running again. We're launching in Omaha and need a leader to run the operation from day one and grow with it.
Pay: $63,000–$68,000 base to start, depending on experience
Insurance: Health (we cover 50% of your premium) and employer-paid life insurance from day one
Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus (~$7,000/year at target) — on-target earnings around $70,000, rising to ~$80,000 as we open our second territory
Plus mileage reimbursement, a company phone, paid training, free uniforms, and a real leadership track — first in line to lead as we expand.
The role
You'll be the nerve center of the operation: dispatch the techs, keep them stocked and equipped, drive service quality, and hold our one-hour emergency promise together. You run the day-to-day while the owner splits time between locations, and you grow into leading both territories. Hydraulic experience isn't required — we train the technical and software side. Leadership and operational instincts are what count.
What you'll need
- 2+ years leading or supervising a team
- Strong organization and decision-making under pressure
- Comfortable with dispatch and inventory software
- Mechanically inclined; able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
