    Position Summary:

    The Operations Manager is responsible for executing daily operational workflows, ensuring process consistency, and supporting organizational efficiency through structured execution and AI-powered automation tools.

    Position Details:

    • Location: Northbrook, IL
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
    • Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000

    Key Responsibilities

      • Manage daily operational tasks and coordination
      • Track and report operational KPIs
      • Support scheduling, workflow execution, and task management
      • Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures
      • Identify inefficiencies in daily workflows
      • Support leadership with execution of initiatives
      • Maintain operational reporting systems

    AI & Automation Requirement

    • Must use AI tools to automate reporting, scheduling, and task tracking
    • Responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce manual operational work
    • Expected to leverage AI for data analysis and workflow optimization
    • Must support implementation of automation tools across operational teams

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
    • 4–7 years of management experience in Healthcare setting overseeing Accreditation, Clinical Operations, or a combination of both
    • Experience managing workflows, scheduling, or operational execution
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Experience working with KPIs and reporting tools

    AI Requirement:

    • Experience using AI tools for reporting, task management, or workflow optimization
    • Ability to identify and eliminate manual or redundant processes leveraging AI tools
