Position Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for executing daily operational workflows, ensuring process consistency, and supporting organizational efficiency through structured execution and AI-powered automation tools.
Position Details:
- Location: Northbrook, IL
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
- Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks and coordination
- Track and report operational KPIs
- Support scheduling, workflow execution, and task management
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures
- Identify inefficiencies in daily workflows
- Support leadership with execution of initiatives
- Maintain operational reporting systems
AI & Automation Requirement
- Must use AI tools to automate reporting, scheduling, and task tracking
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce manual operational work
- Expected to leverage AI for data analysis and workflow optimization
- Must support implementation of automation tools across operational teams
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years of management experience in Healthcare setting overseeing Accreditation, Clinical Operations, or a combination of both
- Experience managing workflows, scheduling, or operational execution
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working with KPIs and reporting tools
AI Requirement:
- Experience using AI tools for reporting, task management, or workflow optimization
- Ability to identify and eliminate manual or redundant processes leveraging AI tools
