Description
Supervise and coordinate overnight activities across all departments: housekeeping, front desk, BISTRO.
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues, handling special requests, and maintaining service standards.
Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
Monitor and respond to emergency situations, following established safety protocols.
Perform nightly audits and reconcile financial transactions in coordination with front office staff.
Communicate overnight incidents and operational updates to day-shift leadership.
Support overnight staffing needs, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
Maintain inventory of essential supplies and report any shortages or maintenance concerns.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures consistently and professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of hotel operations experience, with supervisory or managerial experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting procedures.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
