The Director of Food & Beverage oversees all food and beverage operations at MADE Hotel, including Debajo, Good Behavior, Paper Coffee, special events and hotel-wide F&B programming. This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitability, maintaining high standards of service and product quality, managing labor and operating costs, and developing a strong, engaged team. Working closely with hotel leadership and the Executive Chef, the F&B Director ensures each outlet delivers a distinctive guest experience while achieving the hotel's financial and operational goals.
