Operations Manager - Training & Relocation Program | Starting at $70K, Up to $100K After Placement

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a nationwide leading provider of rental car outsource services, is hiring Operations Managers for our Training & Relocation Program, designed to develop top-performing leaders and place them where theyll have the greatest impact.
How the program works:
Phase 1 - Training (1-2 months): Youll start at $70,000/year while completing hands-on operations training at one of our established airport locations. Youll learn our systems, leadership standards, and operational playbook directly from experienced site leaders.
Phase 2 - Relocation & Placement: Upon successful completion of training, youll be relocated to one of our high-priority markets nationwide where strong leadership is needed most. Compensation in your placement role can reach up to $100,000/year, based on location and site performance.

What youll be doing:
Lead a team to meet production demands in a fast-paced airport environment
Interact professionally with customers and rental car partners
Manage hiring, scheduling, and workforce planning
Track individual employee production daily and coach for performance
Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment at all times

21 years of age or older
Associates or bachelors required
Valid drivers license with a clean driving history
