Operations Manager – Mowing, Turf Management

This role is crucial to the efficient and profitable execution of projects and involves managing crews, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. Since 2006, Dragonfly has provided routine maintenance and repairs on stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure high-quality service for our clients while leading a team of fieldworkers. This role is crucial to the efficient and profitable execution of projects and involves managing crews, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.Location: Wilmington.
