    Tanknology, a United Uptime Services Company, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, energetic, hardworking Operations Manager, you will receive on-the-job training to gain a comprehensive understanding of fuel management for facilities with above and below-ground storage systems. This role involves learning about the equipment, documentation, and procedures necessary for conducting inspections.

    What You Will Do:Responsibilities will include establishing business plans, developing marketplace opportunities, overseeing internal processes, and providing employee leadership in the achievement of common goals.How You Will Do It:

    Own safety across the Northeast business, ensure customer and organization policies and procedures are adhered to.Leads a team of field service personnel in a common direction aligned with the organization's core values.Provides leadership to the functions of field service personnel and office staff.Maintains positive employee relations and maximum productivity by fostering open communication throughout the region.Build a talent bench.
