Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager (OM) will provide oversight and direction in all aspects of warehouse operations, including management of loading/unloading materials, inventory management, and organization of the warehouse. As the OM, you will ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the organization.  You will maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of Universal Windows Direct.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Hands on coordination of warehouse operations including loading and unloading materials

· Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

· Responsible for the review, maintenance, and auditing of installer (1099 contractors) scheduling

· Responsible for daily installer payroll auditing and completion

· Manages all documentation into CRM including but not limited to customer payments (cash, cash receipts, and checks), and installer invoices

· Responsible for ensuring proper preparation of the warehouse each evening for next day installations

· Addresses scheduling and rescheduling concerns as they arise

· Responsible for auditing reports in CRM to ensure data integrity

· Responsible for installer accountability to their schedule as provided by UWD and arrive to the job site in a timely manner

· Responsible for providing high level Customer Experience through communication and timely follow up until customer’s issue(s) is resolved

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous warehouse management experience.
• Previous inventory management experience.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and desire to assist customers.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Excellent time management and skills.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Suite at an intermediate level
• Ability to sit at a desk and manage location(s) up to seven (7) hours per day
