Operations ManagerThis Operations Manager will be responsible for:Leading day-to-day manufacturing operations across internal production, contract manufacturing, depot repair, field assets, and facilities.Driving production readiness, schedule attainment, material availability, and operational responsiveness.Managing contract manufacturing relationships and performance metrics.Establishing KPIs and implementing scalable operational systems and processes.Improving manufacturing efficiency and strengthening supply chain coordination.Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, FDA Quality System Regulations, MDSAP, and EU MDR requirements.Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.Supporting production floor activities and resolving critical operational issues when needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
