We are looking for a Dental Operations Manager at Dental Design of Brentwood in Los Angeles, CA. As a growth-orientated Dental Office Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to elevate patient care, streamline operations, and drive the success of the dental practice. The Office Manager role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious individual to not only manage daily operations but also to contribute to the strategic growth and development of the practice.

Your role:
Strategic leadership:
• Collaborate with the owner doctor and regional support to develop and implement growth strategies for the dental practice.
• Execute on opportunities to expand services, enhance patient outreach, and increase revenue streams.
Team Empowerment:
• Facilitate meetings that inspire and empower the practice team to embrace a growth mindset, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Encourage professional development opportunities for staff, aligning with both individual and practice goals.
Patient Experience Enhancement
• Innovate and implement initiatives to elevate the patient experience, driving patient loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
• Analyze patient feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Financial Partnership:
• Execute strategies to optimize revenue, improve billing processes, and explore new collections opportunities without impact clinical culture.
• Collaborate with the finance team to understand financial results and opportunities for sustainable growth.
