We are looking for an organized, proactive Operations Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping teams aligned. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Position Summary
The PCE Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Personal Care Encounter program. Working closely with leadership, clinicians, coding, scheduling, technology, and client support teams, this individual ensures the program runs efficiently while continuously improving workflows and the member experience.
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, keeping multiple teams aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. While healthcare experience is valuable, we are equally interested in candidates who have demonstrated exceptional organizational, project coordination, and operational leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
