• Understanding of basic cash procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
• Excellent training skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Current CPR Certification
• Manage, hire, train and develop staff
• generate sales leads through company sponsored events 
• oversees lead generation for sales team
• motivates sales staff and monitor their production
• hold daily/monthly production meeting with team
• establish and maintain standard company protocol for sales tours and price presentation
• maintain and direct training and development of staff
• must be bilingual
• mechanically inclined preferred 
• open availability, able to work evenings and every weekend
• must be able to work outdoors as needed
• must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• responsible for making employees schedules
