Experience managing multiple departments or functional areas. Strong knowledge of production, safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles. Proven track record of driving operational performance improvements. Experience developing supervisors and leadership teams. Strong financial and business acumen.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience. Experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP and production planning systems.
