Seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to oversee daily plant operations at a modern industrial wastewater treatment and solids recovery facility in Kansas City, MO.

• Lead, train, and motivate safety, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence.
• Develop budgets, capital plans, and productivity strategies to meet profitability and sustainability goals.
• Foster a collaborative high-performance culture through education, coaching, and teamwork.
• Engage with community and government entities to promote the company's image.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to optimize operations and support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and environmental standards, including ISO 14001.
• Qualifications include 8+ years of plant operations experience, 3+ years in management, technical knowledge of wastewater processes, and strong business acumen.
