• Lead safety programs, improve safety and environmental compliance, and develop a safety-first culture.
• Build and motivate a high-performance team through training and teamwork.
• Manage annual budgets, develop capital plans, and monitor expenditures.
• Create productivity strategies to meet profit and operational goals.
• Engage with community and government to promote the company's image.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to environmental policies and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to drive growth and optimize operations.
• Qualifications include 8+ years in plant operations, 3+ years in management, relevant technical experience, and strong safety and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
