The Catalyst Corporation is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to join our growing Oak Brook team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to build experience in sales, marketing, team leadership, and day-to-day business operations.

You’ll begin by learning our retail campaigns from the ground up, including customer engagement, sales, brand representation, and performance tracking. As you develop, you’ll take on additional responsibilities related to team support, training, campaign operations, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

- Represent client products and services in a face-to-face retail environment
- \n
- Engage with customers and explain current products, services, and promotions
- \n
- Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- \n
- Learn daily sales, marketing, and operational procedures
- \n
- Track individual and team performance goals
- \n
- Assist with training and supporting newer team members
- \n
- Develop leadership, communication, and team management skills
- \n
- Work alongside management to support daily campaign operations
- \n
- Take on increased leadership responsibilities based on performance and development
