Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Remote (EST Preferred)

Pay Range:

$46.15 - $52.00 per hour

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain budget data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment across financial systems.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance budget management and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with program teams to improve budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes.

  • Support adoption and integration of financial tools while maintaining consistency of data across platforms.

  • Track and maintain budget utilization reports aligned to organizational initiatives.

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on budget utilization, financial trends, and key changes.

  • Manage vendor contracts and procurement operations.

  • Process and track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and accruals.

  • Reconcile spending data and oversee large-scale vendor expenditures.

  • Support intake and ticketing workflows, including request management and status updates.

  • Develop written reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Finance, Sourcing, and operational stakeholders.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor contracts and procurement operations.

  • Experience supporting budgets and vendor portfolios exceeding $10M.

  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, including budget tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and advanced formulas.

  • Experience using Tableau for reporting and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with procurement functions including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and accrual processes.

  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities across concurrent workstreams.

  • Experience supporting intake or ticketing workflows.

  • Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Background supporting security or IT organizations.

  • DSS-4 clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise procurement and contract management platforms.

  • Familiarity with Buy@, Contracts Hub, or GSD Tasks.

  • Experience working within large-scale technology or security-focused organizations.

  • Proven track record implementing operational process improvements.

  • Experience partnering with Finance and Strategic Sourcing teams.
