Operations ManagerAre you a dynamic, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment?Due to continued growth, NurseCore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our front office operations at our Santa Barbara location.Reporting to the Area Director for California, the selected candidate will provide leadership, organizational expertise, and operational support to help manage and grow the branch.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.CompensationSalary Range: starting at $75,000Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
