Operations Manager

Coke Florida is searching for an Operations Manager to work out of our Orlando area location.As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for achieving manufacturing facility objectives, while functioning as the top manufacturing person at the facility. Functionally responsible for production, quality, inventory, and maintenance.The role of Operations Manager has responsibility for the entire operation of the plant, from raw materials through finished product distribution.Roles and Responsibilities

Strategically aligns the plant operations' goals with those of the business unit and corporationDevelop initiatives to achieve quality, safety, product availability, efficiency, quality, and financial Key Business IndicatorsWork with sales for planning and forecast of new businessMaximize productive capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction while attaining operating cost and goalsManages and implements change to ensure continuous improvementDemonstrate success in facility operations and in the management of peopleOversee and manage Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance departmentsPerform other duties as assigned or requestedResponsible for performance management of salaried employeesP & L responsibilities

For this role, you will need:

Degreed professional, preferably engineering, supply chain, or other technicalMinimum of 4 department manager roles in supply chain functionsFood, beverage, or high speed packaging experienceProficient in use of packaged computer software/industry standard software systems (e.g. SAP)Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma strongly preferred
