Overview

We are representing a restoration organization seeking an Operations Manager to take full ownership of production operations in the Chattanooga market. This is an on -site leadership role responsible for ensuring that field production teams execute efficiently while maintaining tight coordination with administrative staff to ensure complete, accurate, and timely job documentation.

This role exists to stabilize and drive operational execution, not to support from the sidelines. The Operations Manager is accountable for how work gets done in the field and how cleanly it flows through the administrative process. When production breaks down, documentation lags, or jobs stall—this role owns the fix.

This position is best suited for someone who has run crews, enforced standards, and held people accountable, not someone looking for a step up from a lead or coordinator role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day -to -day production operations for the Chattanooga market

  • Lead and manage production teams to ensure jobs are completed on time, on scope, and to standard

  • Coordinate closely with administrative staff to ensure job files, documentation, and reporting are accurate and complete

  • Serve as the primary operational problem -solver for production issues, delays, or breakdowns

  • Enforce safety, quality, and performance standards in the field

  • Maintain production schedules and resource allocation across active jobs

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with the Regional Manager on performance, challenges, and needs

  • Drive accountability across crews, vendors, and internal partners

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve throughput and execution

What This Role Is — and Is Not

    • This is a hands -on operations leadership role, not an administrative position

    • This is not appropriate for junior supervisors or coordinators

    • This role requires direct engagement with crews and production realities

    • Success is measured by execution, documentation quality, and operational flow

      Why This Opportunity

This role offers clear authority, immediate responsibility, and visible impact in a growing operation. Leadership understands that production drives everything—and this position is central to keeping jobs moving, crews productive, and clients satisfied.
