• Lead regional operations for major mission critical and electrical construction projects.
• Develop, mentor, and expand project management, field leadership, and operations teams.
• Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Partner with clients and executive leadership to support long-term business growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Support business development efforts and help secure future project opportunities.
• Oversee the successful execution of large, complex projects valued between $200M-$400M+.

• Proven success managing teams and operations at a director, operations manager, regional manager, or executive project leadership level.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale projects with values exceeding $200M.
• Ability to build teams, attract talent, and create a high-performance culture.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing operational and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
