Our unmatched customer care standards and innovative solutions make us industry leaders.Role and Responsibilities:As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service. You will:1. Team Leadership and Development:   - Lead and mentor a team of dedicated operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.   - Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development and enhance productivity.2. Operational Efficiency:   - Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.   - Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.3. Resource Management:   - Manage resources effectively, including scheduling, equipment allocation, and workforce planning, to meet customer demands while maintaining operational cost-effectiveness.4. Customer Experience:   - Ensure a superior customer experience by implementing best practices in customer service, complaint resolution, and service quality assurance.5. Compliance and Safety:   - Uphold and enforce safety and compliance standards to create a secure work environment for all employees and maintain regulatory compliance.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role within the waste management or logistics industry.- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)- CDL Class A or B (Preferred)- DoT Medical Card (Preferred)- Driver History Report (MVR – Required)
