The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly junk removal company focused on donation, recycling, and community impact. We’re looking for a
working Field Operations Lead to run daily jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving smoothly.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be in the truck, on job sites, and leading by example.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crew
- Deliver great customer experiences and handle issues quickly
- Dispatch and track trucks; coordinate with scheduling
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Enforce safety standards and company procedures
- Track jobs, hours, and basic daily paperwork
What We’re Looking For
- Required: 3+ years in junk removal, knowledge of the area and industry.
- Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors
- Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills
- Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage
