We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This role will be responsible for managing processes, coordinating teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and helping drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily e-commerce operations, fulfillment, inventory, and order management
Improve processes, efficiency, and overall customer experience
Monitor KPIs and operational performance
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, customer service, and other departments
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
Ensure company procedures and standards are consistently followed
Requirements & Skills:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar management role
Strong team leadership and people management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory, and fulfillment processes
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
Data-driven and highly detail-oriented
