What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of a busy dental practice
• Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical team members
• Drive schedule optimization, production, and collections performance
• Oversee insurance processing, treatment coordination, and accounts receivable
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and operational compliance standards
• Foster a positive, accountable, patient-centered culture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Dental Office Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and treatment presentation
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career growth
• Denticon experience preferred but not required
