In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations and lead continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency, and productivity. What You'll Do as a Operations Manager:- Oversee daily operations to consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and Lean manufacturing principles
- Monitor operational KPIs and lead teams to meet or exceed performance targets
- Lead Lean initiatives, including MDI, 5S, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, and root-cause analysis
- Identify inefficiencies and implement standardized work, visual management, and workflow improvements to reduce waste and control costs
- Lead, mentor, and coach operations staff while establishing clear performance goals and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless operations and business priorities
What You Need to Bring to the Operations Manager Role:- Strong operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, coach, and develop operations teams
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and execute effectively in a rapidly growing production environment
