About the position

The Operations Manager owns the administrative, operational, compliance, customer-readiness, and cross-functional coordination work required to keep the business running cleanly and consistently. This role coordinates across HR, vendor management, customer readiness, internal systems, and leadership support. It's an execution and coordination role, not an executive proxy role.

What you will do

Company operations

• Maintain our operating cadence through checklists, SOPs, documentation, and recurring meeting coordination.
• Track software licenses and SaaS renewals, and coordinate IT and facilities needs.

Vendor and compliance

• Maintain vendor lists and renewal calendars.
• Coordinate compliance obligations, including state registrations, insurance renewals, and business licenses.
• Escalate compliance risks to the CEO.

Customer readiness

• Prepare teams for customer meetings and business reviews.
• Maintain customer health dashboards tracking account status, risks, and renewal dates.
• Coordinate customer-facing materials.

Product and data coordination

• Translate customer feedback into documented stories for product teams.
• Track product follow-ups and maintain visibility into customer-impacting work.

CRM hygiene

• Maintain accurate records through deduplication and field cleanup.
• Monitor lead routing and keep the data our dashboards depend on reliable.

HR and people operations

• Support onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and performance review logistics in partnership with our external HR providers.

Executive support

• Prepare agendas, action item lists, and decision logs for leadership meetings.

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years in operations, business operations, revenue operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong project management and follow-through skills.
• Experience managing recurring processes, trackers, and SOPs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Strong written communication and good judgment around confidentiality and escalation.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.

Desired qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, proptech, or real estate technology.
• Background in customer success operations or revenue operations.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Monday.com, Linear, SharePoint, Adobe Sign, or Rippling.
• Experience coordinating a compliance calendar or vendor renewals.
