Job Description

Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations to meet business needs. Manage inbound shipments from external suppliers and execute same day outbound shipments to a growing number of retail locations. Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and accuracy. Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall company objectives. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards within the logistics department. Oversee the performance and development of logistics staff. Analyze data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
