The Opportunity


We are seeking a detail-driven, guest-focused Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. You'll be the connection between inventory, retail merchandising, and the guest floor — ensuring the spa is always fully stocked, beautifully presented, and running smoothly.


What You'll Do


      Manage monthly inventory counts and place accurate retail, back bar, and supply orders


      Reconcile invoices, receiving reports, and daily deposits


      Merchandise retail products to drive guest sales


      Lead daily huddles and coach the team on performance and guidelines


      Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the entire spa facility


 


What We're Looking For


      2-5 years of retail sales or inventory management experience


      Intermediate Excel skills


      Strong organizational and communication skills


      Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasking customer service environment


      Flexible availability including evenings and weekends


 


What Success Looks Like


      Zero out-of-stock on top retail and back bar items


      100% invoice matching accuracy


      Shrinkage held at 2% or below
