The Academy will be a cutting-edge training hub, designed to power the next generation of aerospace and advanced engineering professionals.

We are now seeking an inspiring Operations Manager - Apprenticeships - Teaching, Learning and Assessment (TLA) to play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional quality across our FE and HE apprenticeship provision at this new campus.

This role will be based at the Aerospace Skills Academy in Filton.

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Lead the operational delivery, quality and consistency of teaching, learning and assessment across FE and HE apprenticeship programmes delivered at the Aerospace Skills Academy.
• Ensure teaching practice is high-quality, industry-informed and aligned with apprenticeship standards, assessment plans and employer expectations.
• Line manage, coach and develop lecturers, promoting an ambitious, inclusive and professional culture focused on learner progress and achievement.
• Oversee quality processes such as lesson observation, standardisation, moderation and learner work sampling.
