The Academy will be a cutting-edge training hub, designed to power the next generation of aerospace and advanced engineering professionals.

We are now seeking an inspiring Operations Manager - Apprenticeships - Assessing to play a critical role in ensuring high-quality delivery, statutory compliance and outstanding outcomes across out apprenticeship provision at the Aerospace Skills Academy.

This role will be based at the Aerospace Skills Academy in Filton.

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Lead the operational management, quality assurance and statutory compliance of the apprenticeship assessment provision across the Aerospace Skills Academy.
• Ensure full compliance with DfE Apprenticeship Funding Rules, apprenticeship standards and assessment plans, maintaining audit-ready systems and evidence.
• Line manage and develop a team of apprenticeship assessors, setting clear expectations around caseload management, performance, quality and learner progress.
• Oversee the effective use of Individualised Learner Records (ILRs) and associated data to ensure funding accuracy and assurance readiness.
