Our client, a leading athletic footwear and apparel manufacturing company, is looking for a Operations Manager 5. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located at Beaverton, OR.

Operations Lead:

About the Role:

• We're seeking an experienced Business Operations and Enablement Operations Lead to join our Geographies & Marketplace Technology organization. As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing and overseeing business operational processes that support our executives and overall organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with our org's executive stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Global Technology's central teams to include HR, TA, Finance and the Technology Management Office
• Provide guidance and support to the Business Operations team, ensuring that projects and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience in a related role)
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an operations environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project and change management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Nice to Have:

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
• Experience working in a global organization, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects across multiple regions.
• Experience working in a technology or software development environment, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects that support product development and delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum required years of experience: 5-10 years of experience
• Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience in a related role)

Must have skills:

• Project management - Drives work, doesn't need to be heavy technical but drives the process. Must be able to hold people accountable to timelines and deliverables.
• Must be great at partnership, stakeholder engagement, end to end project management.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience working in a global organization, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects across multiple regions.
• Experience working in a technology or software development environment, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects that support product development and delivery.

Software/technical requirements:

• AirTable would be great as they shift to more use
• Databricks, Curser (AI), Microsoft, Box, Slack
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile. (nice to have)
