About the Role

We are a growing water mitigation and mold remediation company serving Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. We are hiring a Mold / Operations Manager to lead our mold remediation department. This is a front-end and operational role: you will scope, price, and sell mold jobs, then oversee scheduling, crews, and production to see them through to completion. You will focus primarily on the mold side of the business, with the ability to support the water side as needed.

What You'll Do

• Perform on-site inspections, scope losses, and build accurate estimates for mold remediation projects
• Present and sell jobs to customers on the front end, and secure signed work authorizations
• Schedule and dispatch crews, then move on to the next inspection to keep the pipeline moving
• Oversee day-to-day mold department operations, including crew management and job execution
• Support the water mitigation side of the business when needed (for example, when the water GM is out)
• Handle larger and more complex jobs than the current team can take on

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on mold remediation experience: the ability to scope, price, sell, and run jobs independently
• Operations or department management experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field
• Comfort managing crews and juggling multiple active projects and inspections at once
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• AMRT / IICRC certification preferred but not required (see below)

Certification

A Georgia mold license is not required for this role. AMRT / IICRC certification is a plus. For the right candidate who does not yet hold it, we are willing to cover the cost of the 4-day certification course (with a commitment to stay for an agreed period).
