Job Summary
Lead daily manufacturing operations across SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, backend assembly, and cleanroom production areas.Drive execution of production plans to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI) objectives while ensuring production schedules, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and quality standards are met.Monitor and improve key operational metrics including throughput, OEE, productivity, FPY, labor efficiency, and inventory performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations across SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, backend assembly, and cleanroom production areas.
- Drive production execution to achieve SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory) objectives.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining customer, regulatory, and quality compliance.
- Monitor and improve OEE, FPY, throughput, productivity, labor efficiency, and inventory metrics.
- Lead and develop supervisors, team leads, and production teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and visual management principles.
- Lead operational problem-solving, corrective actions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production and operational challenges.
- Develop workforce capabilities through coaching, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Support production planning, inventory control, quality systems, and overall operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience within electronics manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Proven experience leading supervisors, team leads, and production teams in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SMT, PCBA, system integration, mechanical assembly, backend manufacturing, and/or cleanroom operations.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Working knowledge of production planning, inventory control, quality systems, manufacturing KPIs, and operational performance improvement.
- Experience managing SQDCI objectives and manufacturing KPIs, including OEE, FPY, throughput, productivity, and labor efficiency.
- Proficiency with ERP, MES, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with EMS/contract manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IPC standards.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with system integration, mechanical assembly, cleanroom operations, NPI, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Experience with visual management and operational excellence.
