Key Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a fun, energetic customer service team to create loyal, raving fans
• Build a culture of hospitality by casting a clear vision and setting high performance expectations
• Coach and develop team members with constructive feedback and necessary resources
• Manage daily restaurant operations including shift leadership, cost control, and finances
• Drive sales growth through operational excellence and suggestive selling techniques
• Participate actively in leadership team meetings to analyze data and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation

• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs regularly
