About the Opportunity: 

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Operations Lead responsible to lead and train staff in production processes. Provide direction and support to staff according to incoming quality and run profile. Assist shift supervisor with plant operations and oversee various areas of production. What You Will Need:

• Experience working with raw product, required.
• Must be capable of leading, training, building and maintaining morale of team.
• Must be able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Must be able to communicate information to appropriate facility staff.
• Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Must be able to work overtime or Saturdays depending on business need.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Valid Forklift Certification, preferred.
• Experience in leadership, a plus.
• General computer knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, a plus.
• Ability to use the double or single sit-down forklift, preferred.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both is a plus.
