Job Title: Operations Lead
Pay Rate: $23.50-$26.75
Location: Lockbourne, OH
Shifts Available: (all shifts must be available to train on 8am-4pm)
- 2nd Shift 1PM-9:30PM Mon-Fri
- 3rd shift 9PM-5:30AM Mon-Fri
- Weekend Shift 5PM-5:30AM Friday- Sun
We’re seeking an Operations Lead to manage daily logistics operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role ensures timely deliveries, cost control, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution)
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Track KPIs (on-time delivery, accuracy, cost)
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Manage schedules, staffing, and workflows
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year in logistics or operations
- Leadership experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with WMS/TMS systems
- Excellent communication and organization
