Key ResponsibilitiesTgQPHd|||[]>

• Lawn and Turf Care:TgQPHd|||[]> Mow, edge, and trim lawns, curbs, and sidewalks. Fertilize, aerate, seed, and control weeds across district property.TgQPHd|||[]> TgQPHd|||[]>
• Landscaping:TgQPHd|||[]> Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and flower beds. Mulch planting beds and clear leaves or debris.TgQPHd|||[]> TgQPHd|||[]>
• Athletic Field Maintenance:TgQPHd|||[]> Prepare athletic fields for games by mowing, dragging, chalking lines, and painting stripes.TgQPHd|||[]> TgQPHd|||[]>
• Grounds Upkeep:TgQPHd|||[]> Empty outdoor trash cans, pick up litter from grounds and parking lots, and pressure wash concrete surfaces.TgQPHd|||[]> TgQPHd|||[]>
• Irrigation and Repairs:TgQPHd|||[]> Inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on sprinkler systems and drainage areas.TgQPHd|||[]> TgQPHd|||[]>
• Equipment Maintenance:TgQPHd|||[]> Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and light repairs on mowers, tractors, weed eaters, and hand tools.TgQPHd|||[]> TgQPHd|||[]>
• Safety and Compliance:TgQPHd|||[]> Follow strict OSHATgQPHd|||[]> and district safety protocols when operating power machinery or handling fertilizers and herbicides. Report unsafe conditions or playground hazards immediately.TgQPHd|||[]>

QualificationsTgQPHd|||[]>

• Education:TgQPHd|||[]> High school diploma or GED preferred, or basic reading and writing skills.TgQPHd|||[]>TgQPHd|||[]>
• Experience:TgQPHd|||[]> Prior experience in commercial groundskeeping, landscaping, or operating small engine power equipment.TgQPHd|||[]>TgQPHd|||[]>
• Licenses:TgQPHd|||[]> Valid driver's license (often a state driver's license is required to drive district trucks/trailers).TgQPHd|||[]>TgQPHd|||[]>
• Physical Demands:TgQPHd|||[]> Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain), walk or stand for long hours, and regularly lift/carry equipment weighing 45 to 50 pounds or more.
